Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Miller’s Dental Service accepts returns on unused stocked parts within 30 days of purchase when the item is unopened, uninstalled, undamaged, and in resellable condition.

Before sending anything back, contact us so we can confirm the item, order, and return path.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

Special-order items, electrical components, opened or installed parts, used equipment, freight items, quote-required items, and fitment-sensitive items may be final sale or handled case by case. If an item was ordered specifically for your office, return eligibility must be confirmed before purchase or before shipment back to us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Miller’s Dental Service.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears defective, contact us promptly with the order number, practice name, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. Manufacturer warranty handling may apply for certain parts or equipment.
