Overview

This store is operated by Miller’s Dental Service. By placing an order, you agree that the order details, shipping address, practice information, and selected products are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Product Fitment and Availability

Dental parts can be model-specific and configuration-specific. Product descriptions are provided to help identify common parts, but final fitment may depend on the equipment model, serial number, manufacturer revision, and installation conditions. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Some items may be special-order, quote-required, freight-sensitive, backordered, discontinued, or subject to manufacturer/vendor availability. We may contact you before processing an order if we need to confirm compatibility, availability, shipping method, or pricing.

Checkout-Safe Items

Online checkout is intended for normal stocked small and medium parcel items. Equipment, heavy items, freight items, regulated/uncertain items, used equipment, and special-order items may require quote approval instead of normal checkout.

Shipping

Standard shipping for checkout-safe small and medium items is currently a flat $14.00. Larger, heavier, special-order, or freight-sensitive items may require a separate quote or shipping approval.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected where Miller’s Dental Service is registered or otherwise required to collect. At launch, the store is configured for Washington and Idaho sales tax handling. Other states may be reviewed if sales volume or business activity creates a tax obligation.

Returns

Returns are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy. Standard stocked parts may be returnable within 30 days if unused, unopened, uninstalled, undamaged, and resellable. Special-order items, equipment, freight items, used equipment, electrical components, and quote-required items may have different terms.

Use of Products

Products should be installed and used by qualified dental service personnel or under appropriate professional guidance. Miller’s Dental Service is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper diagnosis, or incompatible equipment.
